Compensation Details

• A commission or a sub-commission is earned when a referral follows an approved Toddy Associate's registered link (which points to ToddyCafe.com), the purchase is made, the transaction is completed, and the order is shipped. A commission will be earned on all subsequent orders from this customer as long as the purchase is made at ToddyCafe.com.



• Commissions and sub-commissions are payable only on orders placed at ToddyCafe.com, that Toddy ships, and for which the customer pays Toddy. Toddy reserves the right not to ship any order. Some reasons Toddy might decline to ship an order: stock is unavailable, cannot obtain credit card approval, or Toddy suspects the order is fraudulent.



• A commission or sub-commission payment is based on the net RETAIL price: product price after applicable discounts, and excludes tax, shipping and gift-wrapping charges.



• No commissions or sub-commissions are earned on purchases of Toddy's Special Delivery memberships.



• If an applicable order is voided, returned or credited, an appropriate adjustment on commissions and sub-commissions earned will be made electronically from your account.



• You cannot earn commissions or sub-commissions on your own purchases.



• You must supply us with your name and tax identification number, or company name and federal identification number (by fax or mail). We require this information in order to issue payments.

• When the total commission and sub-commission payment due to you exceeds $100 USD at the end of any calendar month, you will be paid by a Toddy check for the applicable amount (less any taxes required to be withheld under applicable law or any charge-backs to your account). Such checks will be sent approximately fifteen (15) days after the end of each calendar month and will be paid in U.S. dollars only. Your first check will be issued approximately 45 days after the end of the first month in which you have accumulated $100 in commissions.



• Although the Toddy Associates Program is not limited to the United States of America, all payments will be made in U.S. dollars.



• You must adhere strictly to the Toddy Associates Operating Agreement.



• You must not make promises about Toddy terms of sale by any means. Toddy's terms of sale, including options of carrier, shipping choices, and delivery time, are available at ToddyCafe.com. These terms are subject to change at any time, especially during holiday periods.



• Toddy will provide immediate e-mail notification when your referrals or recruits' referrals make a purchase.



• Toddy may terminate the Toddy Associates program at any time, and for any reason.
