How Toddy Associates Works

• Individuals, website owners, online merchants and independent resellers who are at least 18 years of age may apply to become a Toddy Associate (subject to the approval of Toddy).



• You'll be assigned a unique ID number that allows Toddy to track all qualified purchases made by your referrals (or your recruits' referrals) during the lifetime of the program.



• Introduce Toddy to your family, friends, visitors, customers - anyone who might enjoy Toddy's products - simply by sending them a special linked email or by posting a special banner, product images, or text link on your website, or by posting an online advertisement.



• Build a network: Introduce the Toddy Associates Network to your family, friends, visitors, and customers - anyone who might enjoy earning additional money. Make sure they enter your Toddy Associates Network ID number when they register.



• Once you're registered, you'll be provided access to the Toddy Associates Network, our proprietary online reporting system, where you may view your traffic, sales and earning reports.



• You'll also be provided access to Toddy 101, a section containing marketing collateral and information, such as pre-made banners, 10% Off e-coupon links, product images, template email pitches, and marketing tips to help maximize your monthly revenue.



• Create and post Toddy banners, product images and/or text links on your web site (to motivate Toddy sales).



• Create and send special e-coupon linked emails (to motivate Toddy sales).



• Receive email confirmation on all sales made by your referrals and your recruits' referrals.



• Earn commissions of 20 to 30% for all qualified purchases made by your referrals for the life of the program - even if your referrals buy directly from ToddyCafe.com.



• Earn a 5% sub-commission - for all qualified purchases made by your recruits' referrals during the life of the program - even if your recruits' referrals buy directly from ToddyCafe.com.

Referrals and Recruits' Referrals

• Your referrals (friends, family, customers, associates) learn about ToddyCafe.com either via an email sent by you, or by a banner, product image or text link that they view on your web site or online advertisement.



• Your referrals simply click on the text link that you've provided by email (or pastes the link into their web browser) or click on a banner, product image or text link. Your unique identification number will be recorded automatically.



• When your referral completes a purchase (credit card purchases only) during their initial visit and all subsequent visits, the transaction will be recorded in the Toddy system and you will receive credit for a commission (or a sub-commission, if applicable).



• You may introduce the Toddy Associates Network to your family, friends, visitors, customers - anyone who might enjoy earning additional income. Just direct them to www.ToddyCafe.com, and advise them to register as a Toddy Associate. IT IS IMPORTANT that you provide them with your special Toddy Associates Network ID number so that they may enter it when they register. They must do so at point of registration for you to qualify for 5% sub-commissions on their referrals' future purchases.
